Abstract Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in presenting your work at the International Conference and Annual Business Meeting (ICON-ABM) 2025 on the theme: “Transforming English Language Education: Innovation, Inclusion, and Impact.” Please follow these guidelines carefully when preparing and submitting your abstract.

Abstract Submission Period: May 13th – June 30th, 2025

Submission Platform: All abstracts must have been submitted electronically through the conference registration and submission platform: Platform Link Here.

Language: All abstracts must be written in clear and concise English.

Word Limit: The abstract should not have exceeded 250 words.

Content: The abstract should have clearly and concisely outlined the following:

  • Purpose/Objective: State the main aim or research question of your study/presentation.
  • Methodology/Approach: Briefly describe the methods or approaches used in your research or practice.
  • Key Findings/Outcomes: Summarize the main results, findings, or outcomes of your work.
  • Significance/Implications: Briefly explain the significance and potential implications of your research or practice for the field of English language education.

Keywords: Provide 3-5 relevant keywords that accurately reflect the content of your abstract.

Sub-theme Selection: During submission, you were required to indicate the sub-theme that best aligned with your abstract from the following list:

  1. Technology and Innovation in English Language Education
  2. Teaching Inclusivity and Diversity in English Language Curriculum
  3. Measuring the Impact of English Language Education
  4. Language Education Policy and Its Implementation
  5. Professional Development for English Language Teachers.

 

Important Notes for Those Who Have Already Submitted:

  • If you have already submitted your abstract by the deadline, you will receive notification of the abstract acceptance status by July 13, 2025.
  • Please ensure that the email address associated with your submission account is monitored for updates.
