Registration Fee
The participation fee is Rp. 160,000 per participant.
If you wish to add a co-author, you only need to pay an additional Rp100,000.
Registration fees are transferred to Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Asosiasi Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris

Payment Confirmation Mechanism Flow
- The participant makes a payment using their chosen method.
- The participant submits proof of payment via an online form or designated email (fee.conference_abm@apspbi.or.id)
- The conference finance team receives and verifies the proof of payment against bank records or reports from the payment platform.
- Upon successful verification, the system (or administrative staff) sends a payment confirmation email to the participant.
- The participant’s payment status is updated in the conference registration system.

Background
The world of education, especially in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT), is facing rapidly evolving challenges and opportunities. These changes are driven by advancements in technology, the need for inclusivity, and the demand to create a tangible impact on society. Therefore, academics, researchers, and practitioners worldwide are encouraged to collaborate and share innovative ideas.
As part of the “Annual Business Meeting & International Conference 2025,” this event is designed to provide a platform for students around the world to actively participate in academic dialogue. Through an online format, we aim to eliminate geographical barriers and facilitate a broader and more diverse exchange of ideas.
Rationale
This event is held with several strategic considerations:
A. Supporting Accreditation (LAMDIK): Providing concrete evidence of student achievements and publications, which is a key indicator in the accreditation assessment.
Student academic and non-academic achievements.
Student innovative works and publications: journals, proceedings, and ISBN-registered books.
Academic activities outside the classroom.
B. Supporting University Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
KPI 2 (Off-Campus Experience): Students gain experience competing and interacting in an international forum.
KPI 7 (Participatory Classes): Encouraging students to become active presenters and contributors in scientific discussions.
KPI 8 (International Standard Study Programs): Demonstrating that the study program has a global reach and standard by attracting participants from various countries.
C. Student Development: Providing valuable experience in scientific writing, presentation skills, and professional networking.
D. International Networking: Expanding networks among students and universities at a global level.
Event Design
The event will be conducted entirely online, using a stable and interactive platform.
A. Platform: The event will use the Zoom Webinar platform for presentations and discussions.
B. Format:
Registration & Abstract Submission: Students submit their paper abstracts through the conference system at https://journal.apspbi.or.id/index.php/ICON-ABM2025.
Selection: A team of judges will select the best abstracts to proceed to the presentation stage.
Online Presentation: Selected participants will present their papers in parallel sessions according to the scheduled time. Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session (if time permits).
Assessment: The judging team will evaluate each presentation based on predetermined criteria.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced during the conference’s closing session or separately via the official APSPBI website.
C. Participation Fee: Rp150,000 per participant.

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Best Presentation: Awarded to presentations with the highest quality (substance, delivery, and visuals).
4th Place: Most Innovative Paper & Presentation: For research with the most revolutionary ideas.

Best Social Impact Award: For work with the potential to have a significant impact on society.
Most Engaging Speaker: For the most communicative and interactive presenter.
Best Cross-Disciplinary Presentation Award: For research that combines various fields of study.
Outstanding Undergraduate Research Award: For undergraduate students with exceptional research quality.
B. For Study Programs/Institutions:
Best Program Study Collaboration Award: For study programs with the most participants or the best collective quality.
Most Prolific Publication Award: For study programs that produce the highest number of articles suitable for publication.
Best International Engagement Award: For study programs with the highest number of international participants.
Best Student Career Development Award: For study programs that are most proactive in supporting their students.
Judges
The judges will consist of prominent lecturers and professors in the field of ELT from various universities, both domestic and international.
