Scopus-SINTA indexed journals

This international and national abstracting and indexing database is highly regarded for its comprehensive coverage of peer-reviewed literature. Publication in a Scopus-SINTA indexed journal significantly enhances the global visibility and impact of your research.

Submission Process for Potential Publication in Scopus-SINTA Indexed Journals (Post-ICON-ABM 2025)

For presenters at APSPBI ICON-ABM 2025 in Bali who are interested in the possibility of publishing their work in a Scopus-SINTA indexed journal, the process typically unfolds in the following manner after the conference concludes:

1. Presentation at APSPBI ICON-ABM 2025:

The first and foremost step is to present your research at the International Conference and APSPBI Annual Business Meeting (APSPBI ICON-ABM) 2025 in Bali. This allows you to share your findings, receive feedback, and engage with the academic community.

2. Invitation for Journal Submission (Post-Conference)
  • Following the conference, the APSPBI ICON-ABM 2025 Publication Committee, in collaboration with the editorial teams of our affiliated Scopus-SINTA indexed journals, will review the presented full papers.
  • High-quality papers that align with the scope and focus of a specific Scopus-indexed journal and demonstrate significant scholarly merit will be invited for potential submission to that journal.
  • This invitation will typically be communicated via email to the corresponding author. The invitation will specify the target journal and provide initial instructions.
3. Direct Submission to the Invited Journal
  • If your paper is invited, you will then need to submit your manuscript directly to the online submission system of the specified Scopus-SINTA indexed journal. This submission will be separate from your initial submission to the APSPBI ICON-ABM 2025 platform.
  • You will need to carefully follow the specific author guidelines of the target journal. These guidelines usually cover aspects such as manuscript format, referencing style, word limits, and submission procedures. You can typically find these guidelines on the journal’s official website.
4. Journal’s Peer-Review Process
  • Upon submission to the Scopus-SINTA indexed journal, your manuscript will undergo the journal’s rigorous and independent peer-review process. This process is managed entirely by the journal’s editorial board.
  • The peer reviewers, who are experts in your field, will evaluate the quality, originality, significance, and clarity of your research.
  • Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the journal’s editor will make a decision regarding your manuscript (e.g., accept, revise, or reject).
5. Revision (if required)

If the journal editor recommends revisions, you will need to address the reviewers’ comments and resubmit a revised manuscript. The editor will provide a deadline for the resubmission.

6. Final Decision and Publication
  • After the revised manuscript is resubmitted, it will likely undergo further review. If the editor is satisfied with the revisions, your paper will be accepted for publication in the Scopus-SINTA indexed journal.
  • You will then receive information regarding the publication timeline, proofs, and copyright agreements from the journal.

Important Points to Remember:

  • Invitation is Not a Guarantee: An invitation to submit to a Scopus-SINTA indexed journal does not guarantee acceptance. Your manuscript will still need to pass the journal’s peer-review process.
  • Adhere to Journal Guidelines: It is crucial to meticulously follow the author guidelines of the specific Scopus-SINTA indexed journal you are submitting to. Failure to do so may result in delays or rejection.
  • Timeline Varies: The timeline for the journal’s review and publication process can vary significantly depending on the journal.
  • ICON-ABM 2025 is a Facilitator: ICON-ABM 2025 facilitates the connection between high-quality conference papers and relevant journals. However, the submission, review, and publication decisions are ultimately made by the respective journals.
